Bilingual Customer Service & Sales Rep - Remote, Part-Time (EN + ES or FR)

The role: You are the voice of Firepoint on the phone. You answer inbound customer calls during Canadian business hours, log every conversation, keep every promise you make, spot the customers who need a quote or more service, and book the next step. You work in a small team of seven that covers the phones two-deep from 7:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. Eastern, Monday to Friday, in short shifts. Every call is written up the same day in our system so any teammate can pick up where you left off.

Who we are looking for: a native English speaker who is also fluent in Spanish or French, retired or semi-retired, living outside your home country, with at least five years in customer service and at least three years in a sales role where you carried quotes or targets. You have handled upset customers, qualified new inquiries, and kept long-term accounts. Calm, precise, warm on the phone.

Hours: 10 to 20 hours a week, shifts of 3 to 6 hours, never between 11 p.m. and 6 a.m. your local time. Schedule published two weeks ahead.

Compensation: hourly contract in USD. Final compensation is set on demonstrated competence and experience after assessment. Long-term, ongoing.

Setup you need: reliable internet (25/5 Mbps or better), a wired or USB headset, a quiet room, and a backup connection such as a mobile hotspot. Your visa or residency must permit remote work.
