Machine operator

As a machine operator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a smooth and efficient production line. You will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of automated equipment while guaranteeing impeccable product quality. You will receive training upon arrival and work in a clean, safe, and team-oriented environment. We are looking for committed candidates ready to fully invest themselves in the success of our operations.
Salary: $25 to $34 (depending on experience)
Schedule: Urgent need for evening and night shifts, though multiple shifts are available.

Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor automated production equipment on a daily basis.
- Perform start-ups, shutdowns, and production changeovers according to standards.
- Monitor product quality and perform basic inspections and minor adjustments.
- Maintain required documentation as well as a clean and safe work environment.
- Contribute to overall performance and participate in continuous improvement activities.

Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma (DES) or relevant vocational training.
- Languages: Bilingualism (French and English) is essential.
- Exemplary punctuality: Strict adherence to schedules to ensure production continuity.
- Skills: Reliability, autonomy, attention to detail, and willingness to work overtime as needed.
- Hiring conditions: Criminal background check and reference checks are part of the process.
