Our client, MPCAN is seeking a Heavy Duty to join their team. As a Heavy Duty, you will be part of the operations team supporting production needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, the ability to follow safety procedures, and the drive to stay consistent and reliable throughout the shift, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Heavy Duty

Location: Richmond, BC

Pay Range: $19

Shift: Tuesday–Saturday (processor starts at 10:00 a.m.; availability to work Saturday shift required; Sunday and 1 weekday off)

What's the Job?

• Perform heavy-duty processing tasks in a fast-paced production environment.
• Follow site safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Use proper PPE and ensure CSA-approved safety footwear is worn on shift.
• Support daily production goals by staying focused and completing assigned work accurately.
• Maintain consistent attendance and be available to start immediately.

What's Needed?

• CSA-approved safety shoes (required).
• Ability to work Tuesday through Saturday, including Saturday shift availability.
• Availability to start immediately.
• Comfort working in a physically active, heavy-duty role.
• Reliable, safety-minded approach to daily tasks.
