Job description
LOC Software is seeking a Business Development Executive to develop new business opportunities with mid-tier retailers. You will also be responsible for analyzing industry trends, evaluating competitive landscapes, and identifying strategic growth opportunities for targeted retail chains with promoting ThriVersA solutions across North America.
Your main Challenges

• Target mid-tier retail chains through cold outreach, networking, and trade shows.
• Direct end-to-end sales pipelines, working with LOC SME and the LOC partners in developing new leads, present license and service proposals in securing commercial deals.
• Manage and sustain enduring partnerships with executive stakeholders to boost account expansion and customer retention.
• Using a CRM tool, build and manage a sales funnel.
• Negotiate software contracts, pricing, and custom implementation scopes with retail decision-makers (CTOs, CFOs, COO, IT Directors).
• Partner with product and customer success teams to relay client feedback and ensure smooth onboarding.

• Extensive background with over two decades in the retail software solutions sector
• Proven track record and expertise in strategic account development in the grocery, c-store, specialty retail industry.
• Willingness and flexibility to travel throughout North America
