What you'll do

• Meet with clients to understand their goals and recommend life, critical illness, and disability coverage that fits
• Turn referrals and leads from our home and auto clients into new life insurance relationships
• Follow up on leads, book appointments, and guide clients from first chat to approved policy
• Do regular policy reviews so clients stay properly protected as their lives change

What you'll get

• A $40,000 base salary plus commission and bonus, with $80,000 to $100,000 in total earnings possible
• Hybrid work: in the office for your first 3 to 6 months of training, then a mix of in-office and remote

What you bring

• A valid LLQP licence (required)
• A proven track record in sales, ideally in life insurance or financial services
• A genuine care for clients and a talent for explaining things simply
• Self-motivation and discipline to hit goals, including when working remotely
• Fluent English; other languages, such as Mandarin, Cantonese, Farsi, Italian, or Russian, are a strong asset
