Adecco is currently hiring an Administrative Assistant for a fly-in/fly-out opportunity at a remote camp site in Saskatchewan. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in administration, clerical support, document management, data entry, records management, and office coordination.
As an Administrative Assistant, you will support daily site operations by maintaining documentation, organizing records, assisting site personnel, and ensuring administrative processes run smoothly. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a remote camp environment.
Pay Rate: $25.00/hour + Overtime at 1.5x ($37.50/hour after 8 hours/day)
Location: Remote Camp Site, Saskatchewan | Flights, accommodation, and meals provided
Schedule: 1 Week On / 1 Week Off (Tuesday to Tuesday) | 11-hour shifts

Responsibilities:
File, organize, and maintain administrative records and documentation.
Scan, digitize, and manage electronic files.
Complete forms and maintain accurate records.
Provide general administrative and clerical support to site personnel.
Assist with document control, data entry, and records management.
Respond to administrative requests and support daily site operations.
Maintain confidential information with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
Qualifications and Skills:
Previous administrative, office support, or clerical experience.
Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently in a remote camp environment.
Comfortable working extended shifts during site rotations.
Previous camp, mining, construction, industrial, or remote site experience is considered an asset.
Must be able to successfully pass a Criminal Record Check.
Must be able to successfully pass a Drug and Alcohol Screening (Oral Swab).
Ability to comply with all site policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
