Adecco is currently hiring Maintenance Lead for a permanent opportunity in Delta, BC. This role is ideal for experienced Millwrights, Industrial Electricians, Maintenance Technicians, Mechatronics Technicians, and Maintenance Supervisors with strong troubleshooting skills and leadership experience.
This is a hands-on technical leadership role, not a purely administrative position. The successful candidate will lead maintenance activities while actively troubleshooting, repairing, and improving production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Pay Rate: $90,000 - $105,000 / year (depending on experience)
Location: Delta, BC
Shift: Regular schedule Monday to Friday | 10 AM - 6 PM
Must be available to support as required the following shifts:
Morning 5:30 AM - 2:30 PM | Afternoon 1:45 PM - 10:00 PM | Night 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair production equipment and facility systems.
Support mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC, automation, and robotics troubleshooting.
Respond to equipment breakdowns and minimize production downtime.
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance activities.
Support machine start-ups, changeovers, and equipment improvements.
Coordinate daily maintenance priorities and provide technical guidance to team members.
Maintain maintenance records and equipment history using CMMS software.
Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
Support continuous improvement and equipment reliability initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills:
Journeyperson certification, diploma, apprenticeship, or equivalent experience in: Millwright, Industrial Maintenance, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics or Related technical trades
Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
Minimum 2 years of supervisory, lead hand, senior technician, or maintenance leadership experience.
Strong troubleshooting experience with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC, and automation systems.
Experience reading electrical schematics, technical drawings, and equipment manuals.
Experience using CMMS or maintenance management software.
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in plastics manufacturing or injection molding environments.
Journeyperson certification or related training in Millwright, Industrial Maintenance, Industrial Electrical, Mechatronics, or a related trade.
Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement programs.
Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
