  • Assist with high-profile events requiring exceptional attention to detail and discretion.

  • Manage invitations, guest lists, schedules, and event follow-up activities.

    Executive & Special Project Support

  • Manage and coordinate multiple projects from planning through execution.

  • Prepare presentations, reports, meeting materials, and correspondence.

  • Track timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder commitments.

  • Liaise with internal teams, consultants, vendors, and external partners.

  • Provide administrative and operational support to ensure projects remain on schedule.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital collaboration tools.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

  • Strong judgment, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.

  • Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.

Preferred Experience

  • Personal Assistant expertise.

  • Event planning and VIP guest coordination.

  • Travel planning and itinerary management.

  • Supporting charitable foundations, community organizations, or special events.

Additional Requirements

  • Valid Ontario driver's license and reliable transportation.

  • Comfortable travelling and occasionally accompanying the executive on business trips (local, national, international).

  • Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends to support events and special initiatives.

  • Professional presence and confidence interacting with senior leaders, community stakeholders, vendors, and VIP guests.
