Are you a recent marketing graduate or student ready to turn what you’ve learned into real experience?

This is an opportunity to join our Marketing Team at our Richmond corporate office and get involved in real projects from day one. You’ll have the chance to create content, explore social media, research marketing trends, support campaigns, and most importantly, bring your own ideas to the table. You don’t need years of experience to apply. If you’re creative, curious, motivated, and ready to learn, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

You’ll work alongside our Marketing Team and get exposure to different areas of marketing, including:

• Create and support social media content, including posts, captions, and basic visuals
• Research marketing trends, competitors, and new content ideas
• Help plan and support marketing campaigns and promotional activities
• Assist with website and online content when needed
• Help organize marketing materials and maintain consistent company branding
• Work with team members to gather information and develop content
• Share your own ideas and creative input with the Marketing Team
• Support company events and other marketing projects
• Learn how marketing connects with different departments and supports the overall business

What We’re Looking For

• Currently studying or recently graduated from a related program
• Good written communication skills
• Basic knowledge of social media and Microsoft Office
• Creative mindset and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and take initiative
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

You don’t need to know everything. We’re looking for someone who is ready to learn, contribute, and grow.

• Type: Unpaid Internship Total: 100 hours Schedule: 20–24 hours per week
