Adecco is currently hiring a Business Process Analyst for a growing organization focused on operational excellence and continuous improvement in Regina, SK. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in business analysis, process mapping, workflow optimization, stakeholder engagement, and process improvement.
As a Business Process Analyst, you will partner with stakeholders to evaluate current business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and support process transformation initiatives across the organization.

Responsibilities:
Analyze, document, and evaluate current business processes and workflows.
Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process discovery sessions to gather requirements and identify improvement opportunities.
Create and maintain process maps, flowcharts, procedures, and work instructions.
Collect and analyze operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and process gaps.
Develop recommendations to improve efficiency, standardization, and business performance.
Facilitate collaboration with cross-functional teams to support process improvement initiatives.
Support testing, validation, implementation, and training activities for new processes and systems.
Monitor process performance and recommend ongoing improvements.
Support process automation and technology-driven enhancements.
Ensure process documentation and recommended changes comply with organizational standards and requirements.
Qualifications and Skills:
Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or process mapping.
Experience facilitating workshops and gathering business requirements.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, SharePoint, and Visio.
Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, or similar methodologies is considered an asset.
Valid Saskatchewan Driver's Licence is considered an asset.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities.
Strong research, documentation, and report-writing skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated.
Basic understanding of project management principles.
Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
