Job Description
This is a regular full-time position and is located in Edmonton.

- Effectively support the overall objectives of the store including providing an exceptional level of customer service
- Assist with sales initiatives and develop strategies to increase retail sales
- Assist Store Manager in developing and motivating team members to help them reach their personal and career growth goals
- Support the Store Manager in managing the assets of the store including participating in regular inventories and keeping the store stocked and tidy.
Salary range: $61800 - $77,200. The final offer will depend on internal equity and relevant experience.
Qualifications
To join our team, you need:
- Strong aptitude for people management
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in a leadership role
- Previous roles in a B2B industry
- Automotive aftermarket and parts supply background and/or knowledge an asset
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Strong technical skills
