Advantages
Day Shift: $24.00 / hour (6:45 AM – 7:00 PM)

Night Shift: $26.50 / hour (6:45 PM – 7:00 AM)

Shift Pattern: Full-time, 12-hour continental rotation (3-on / 2-off, 2-on / 3-off)

Onboarding: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM during initial training

Responsibilities
Wrap heavy industrial rubber piping onto large-scale production spindles, maintaining flawless structural integrity and exact specifications.

Continuously inspect product dimensions and monitor specs to guarantee peak durability and performance.

Power through physically demanding tasks and maintain high energy, focus, and physical endurance across active 12-hour shifts.

Partner with your crew to hit and exceed daily output goals while keeping safety as your absolute top priority.

Qualifications
Bring a track record of executing heavy manual labor and persistent heavy lifting across extended working hours.

Demonstrate previous hands-on experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Possess your own dependable ride to ensure punctual attendance (our facility is not accessible by public transit).

Prepared to sign an Overtime Averaging Agreement prior to your official start date.

Forklift operating experience is a strong plus, though not required.
