About the role:

The e-Business team within Application Operations Support (AOS) provides operational support services that help ensure the reliability of IT applications and seamless digital experiences for our clients. This role reviews application and infrastructure changes across the digital ecosystem; identifies code, architecture, environment, sequencing, and deployment dependencies; and partners with delivery teams to reduce implementation risk, production conflicts, and service disruptions.

What will you do?

  • Provide governance for digital ecosystem deployments to staging and production environments, ensuring that quality standards are met across applications and infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to reduce implementation failures and outages, identify architecture-related conflicts, and governs change records through implementation.
  • Ensure that clear contingency and back-out plans are in place.
  • Lead technical change-review discussions, ensuring that risks, dependencies, ownership, implementation sequencing, and go/no-go decisions are clearly documented.
  • Prepare clear, concise reports for senior leadership.

Disaster Recovery Support

  • Self-directed and organized, with the ability to manage a high volume of complex, concurrent changes while maintaining review quality.
  • Strong leadership and relationship-management skills, with the ability to provide clear governance over change records.
  • A strong IT background. Although this is not a hands-on software development position, the successful candidate must be able to engage credibly with engineers, understand code delivery and deployment risks, and independently challenge technical implementation plans.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong reporting and data analysis skills.

Unique requirements:

  • Participation in an on-call rotation, including after-hours support, is required.
