Select People Solutions is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our client. This position provides administrative, clerical, and front-line support to ensure programs, services, and community initiatives run smoothly and respectfully. Compensation & Hours :
The rate of pay will be $53K / yearMonday through Friday, daytime hoursPosition Summary :
Support management and program staff with day-to-day administrative tasksServe as a welcoming and respectful first point of contactMaintain accurate, confidential records and program documentationAssist with coordinating meetings, preparing agendas and minutes, and supporting clear follow-up and communicationProvide basic financial and administrative support, including invoice tracking and expense documentationAssist with grant writing and complianceRequired Qualifications :
High School Diploma2–3 years of experience in an administrative or office supportStrong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact respectfullyDemonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism, care, and discretionProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfort using office systems and databasesAbility to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a small, community-focused teamBonus Points For :
