· Track project deliverables, testing requirements, documentation, approvals, deadlines, and outstanding actions.

· Support regulatory and compliance activities, including gathering technical information and documentation required for submissions and product files.

· Assist with identifying and interpreting applicable product standards, testing requirements, and compliance requirements.

· Work with Engineering, Quality, Regulatory, R&D, and Manufacturing teams to ensure required documentation and project activities are completed accurately and on schedule.

· Support design transfer activities as products move from development into manufacturing.

· Coordinate with suppliers and external partners to obtain technical documentation, specifications, certifications, test results, and other required information.

· Maintain organized and accurate project records and documentation.

· Identify missing information, documentation gaps, outstanding testing, or other issues that may affect project timelines and proactively follow up with the appropriate stakeholders.

· Participate in project meetings and maintain clear records of decisions, action items, responsibilities, and deadlines.

· Support additional engineering, product development, compliance, and project coordination activities as required.
