Job description

The Content & Communications Coordinator is responsible for leading the creation, execution, and management of high-quality content across multiple formats—including video, newsletters, and social media posts.

This role is designed to enhance brand awareness, engage key audiences, and support our overarching hiring and brand awareness goals through compelling storytelling and strategic content initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong video creation skills and knows how to engage a social media audience!

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Lead the end-to-end process for producing video, blog posts, newsletters, social media posts, ensuring consistency in messaging and style.
  • Analyze content performance metrics and adjust strategies to increase engagement and reach.
  • Maintain a consistent and engaging brand voice across all content channels.
  • Oversee the company’s online content to ensure an effective digital presence across websites and social media platforms.
  • Ensure all produced content aligns with established brand guidelines and quality standards.
  • Work closely with internal teams to identify content needs and align messaging with broader business initiatives.
  • Manage multiple content projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Collaborate with agencies when necessary to expand content capabilities.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscapes, using insights to inform content strategy.
  • Develop strategies to actively engage target social media audiences and convert readers into loyal followers and potential leads.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the impact of content initiatives.
  • Gather audience and stakeholder feedback to continuously improve content quality and effectiveness.

The Candidate

We’re looking for individuals with the following traits, skills, and experiences :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Film, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to plan, develop, and execute diverse content formats, including high-performing social media posts, video, and case studies.
  • Must be able to create strong video content for social media.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing channels and content performance measurement tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with renewable energy or clean-tech topics, relevant to our business.
  • Experience with content automation tools and advanced content analytics platforms.
