Shift Details

Schedule:

  • Saturday & Sunday - 7am to 7pm
  • Monday, or Friday - 7am to 3pm, or 8am to 4pm

What you'll do

  • Operate manufacturing processes while following quality and safety procedures
  • Work with the team to achieve production, delivery, and quality targets
  • Perform routine equipment set-ups, calibrations, and qualifications
  • Monitor equipment performance and process consistency
  • Manage time and resources effectively to meet production goals
  • Support teamwork across shifts and contribute to a positive work environment
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and productivity
  • Communicate issues affecting safety, quality, delivery, or cost
  • Assist with updates to work instructions, safety procedures, and quality documentation
  • Participate in process development and continuous improvement initiatives

  • Required: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Required: Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Required: Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Required: Professionalism, accountability, and a strong commitment to safety
