Responsibilities
- Resolves user-reported problems using available tools and following procedures and policies for handling support cases.
- District jobsite setup and turndown, including remote support.
- Plans, creates, and delivers technical training and other knowledge resources.
- Administers and monitors district office and construction site server resources and technology solutions to ensure optimal operation, and responds to issues.
- Accurate and timely logging of problems, and resolutions to problems, in problem-management database.
- Assists and coaches other team members with technical issues and acts as an escalation point.
- Actively seeks out issues, problems, and opportunities, and creates solutions.
- Solicits feedback from operational project teams to identify innovations, challenges, and issues.
- Awareness of district strategic plan and alignment with Business Technology initiatives.
- Provides implementation support on corporate and regional initiatives.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in computer technology or a related discipline.
- 8 years of progressive experience in a related field.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to communicate complex ideas and concepts clearly and concisely.
- Advanced problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with a focus on proactive solutions.
- Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize own work and delegate simple tasks.
- Results-oriented and has project management experience.
- Knowledge of change management methodologies.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders and
- decision makers.
The estimated salary range for this role is $85,000 - $100,000 based on your experience and qualifications. Final compensation will be confirmed as part of a personalized offer.
