Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist for a 12-month contract opportunity with a leading global technology organization in Markham, ON.
This position is ideal for an experienced recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven track record of managing full-cycle recruitment across a variety of business functions, including Human Resources, Operations, Quality, Finance, Procurement, Technology, and Research & Development.
You will be fluent in Mandarin and English, possess strong sourcing capabilities, and be comfortable recruiting for both high-volume and specialized technical roles. This role offers the opportunity to partner with multiple business leaders while supporting strategic hiring initiatives for a globally recognized organization.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer negotiation.
- Recruit for a variety of positions across Human Resources, Operations, Quality, Finance, Procurement, Technology, and Research functions.
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies based on hiring requirements and market conditions.
- Conduct talent mapping and identify qualified candidates for specialized, technical, and hard-to-fill positions.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and networking.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide recruitment guidance throughout the hiring process.
- Manage candidate documentation and support recruitment administration activities in collaboration with the Recruitment Coordinator.
- Lead compensation discussions and coordinate the offer process.
- Participate in career fairs, networking events, campus recruitment, and other talent attraction initiatives.
- Support co-op and campus recruitment cycles, including high-volume interviewing and selection activities.
- Maintain recruitment records and ensure compliance with hiring policies and best practices.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Fluency in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken.
- 3-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, talent acquisition, or corporate recruiting.
- Experience recruiting across multiple functions, including HR, Operations, Finance, Procurement, Quality, Technology, or Research roles.
- Strong sourcing and talent-mapping experience using traditional and niche recruitment channels.
- Experience recruiting technical, engineering, research, or specialized talent is considered an asset.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities simultaneously.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication, interviewing, negotiation, and candidate engagement skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multi-step recruitment processes.
- Knowledge of talent acquisition best practices and current recruitment market trends.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
