Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst Capital Markets for a full-time contract engagement. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in buy-side capabilities, end-to-end investment lifecycles, and translating complex business requirements for portfolio managers, traders, and operations teams into functional system specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Work directly with portfolio managers, traders, and operations teams to gather, document, and translate business requirements into functional specifications for investment systems and workflows.
- Support the full end-to-end lifecycle of public or private market securities and investments.
- Support the implementation, configuration, and enhancement of investment management platforms.
- Assist in the design and development of liquidity management solutions and complex instrument workflows.
Required Experience
- 5 years of demonstrated experience in capital markets, with a focus on buy-side capabilities, workflows, and systems.
- 5 years of expertise in the end-to-end lifecycle of public or private market securities and investments.
- 5 years of experience working directly with portfolio managers, traders, and operations teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications for investment platforms.
Nice-to-Have Experience
- 3 years of experience supporting the implementation, configuration, or ongoing enhancement of investment platforms (e.g., Aladdin, eFront, SimCorp Dimension, Bloomberg AIM/PORT).
- 3 years of experience working with Cleared and OTC derivatives, Repos, and other complex financial instruments.
- 3 years of experience supporting the design and development of liquidity management workflows.
