Program Director Wireline Network Transformation & Delivery
Location-Brampton, ON Hybrid (2 3 Days WFO)
Duration-6 12 Months
Rate: CAD 80 - 85/hr
Key Responsibilities:
Provide overall leadership and accountability for Wireline Network programs
Act as the primary executive interface for customer CXOs, internal leadership, and strategic partners
Establish program governance, executive steering committees, operational reviews, and performance frameworks
Drive large-scale transformation initiatives across operating model modernization, automation, AI adoption, productivity, and service innovation
Lead national teams across network planning, engineering, survey, permitting, design, deployment, and operations
Provide strategic oversight for FTTH, Fiber Deep, HFC, MDU, Access Network, and Network Expansion programs
Drive wireline infrastructure build, capacity expansion, network modernization, relocation, and capital projects
Own executive escalations, risk management, issue resolution, and business continuity planning
Ensure alignment across Engineering, Operations, Construction, IT, Finance, Procurement, Vendors, and Partners
Own program financial performance, including revenue, profitability, forecasting, budgeting, resource optimization, and cost management
Identify strategic improvement opportunities and innovative solutions to enhance customer experience and delivery efficiency
Build and mentor high-performing leadership teams and promote accountability and continuous improvement
Essential Skills:
15+ years of experience in Telecommunications, Wireline Network Engineering, Infrastructure Delivery, or Managed Services
Proven leadership managing large-scale wireline engineering, planning, design, and deployment programs
Strong experience with Fiber Rollout, FTTH, HFC, MDU, Access Network, Network Modernization, Capacity Expansion, and Infrastructure Build
Experience leading multi-million-dollar transformation and operational programs with customer-facing accountability
Extensive CXO-level stakeholder management and executive governance experience
Strong commercial, financial, contract, and risk management expertise
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related discipline; MBA preferred
PMP, PgMP, or equivalent program management certification required
