Hours: Regular hours are typically Monday to Friday during business hours. The role supports residents, families, PSWs, and the interdisciplinary team while ensuring safe, compassionate, person-centred care and continuous quality improvement. Assumes additional responsibilities, projects or areas of accountability over time.Provide clinical supervision, guidance, coaching, mentorship, and competency development to PSWs and other team members. This includes participating directly in resident care when required.
