We invest in training, development, and the right tools to help our people grow their skills and advance their careers, while supporting work-life balance along the way.At Golderado, your hard work is valued, your safety comes first, and challenging work leads to real opportunities and long-term rewards.Key Information:Hours: Project dependent; minimum 40 hours per week, with overtime necessary during the busy season (April-October)Hourly rate is dependent on experience.Health benefits, pension plan, RRSP matching, vacation pay offered.Job Description:The ability to read and understand technical guides, drawings and specifications is required.Manual dexterity and ability to use carpentry tools safely.Able to lift up to 50lbsfortable working at heights.Ability to work in adverse weather conditions.Experience and Certification Requirements:Journeyman Carpentry ticket required.At least 3-5 years of carpentry or equivalent experience required.Strong math skills for precise measuring and calculations.Ability to safely use hand tools and power tools.Good physical strength and stamina to lift heavy items and stand for long hours.CSTS 2020, and WHMIS 2015 are required.Fall Protection & Rescue, Aerial Platform, Confined Spaces, Rigging/Hoisting and Hand. Signals, and First Aid/CPR certification would be an asset.A reliable means of transportation is required.Proficient English language skills required.Education: Journeyman Carpentry ticket is required.Go ahead and be yourself.
