This role is pivotal in shaping integrated strategies across the global business, strengthening planning governance, and connecting teams to ensure shared priorities and measurable outcomes. The successful candidate will be the chief of staff to the Chief Experience and Marketing Officer, driving the agenda, and executing critical initiatives. With an enterprise-wide mandate, the role involves translating CX and marketing priorities, client insights, market signals, and performance data into clear strategies and actionable recommendations for senior leadership. The AVP will also lead initiatives to enhance the function's impact and anticipate shifts in customer expectations. Candidates for this role should have a minimum of 12 years' experience in strategy, consulting, client experience, or marketing, with a proven track record of leading integrated planning and operations within complex, global organizations. Deep expertise in enterprise planning, investment governance, and performance management is essential. The role requires advanced communication and influence skills, the ability to lead a small team, and a strong background in market intelligence and strategic foresight. The ideal candidate will be a trusted advisor to senior executives, with the ability to challenge and drive decisions, and will be adept at managing cross-functional teams across different regions and business units.
