The Assistant General Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Whistler, BC. This role supports the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations, including guest service, staff supervision, and adherence to brand standards. Responsibilities include leading and coaching team members, managing shift schedules, and ensuring efficient front-of-house and back-of-house coordination. The Assistant General Manager helps monitor inventory, assist with ordering, and support cost controls to achieve financial targets.
