Vice President, Property Management About the Company Well-established property management company Industry Real Estate Type Privately Held Founded 1969 Employees 11-50 Specialties - residential rentals - commercial properties - urban mix-use residential rentals - property management - mix-use residential buildings - and property development About the Role The Company is in search of a Vice President, Property Management to provide strategic and operational leadership across its real estate portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for executive leadership in both residential and commercial property operations, driving portfolio performance, and ensuring the successful integration and stabilization of new developments. This role requires a visionary leader with a service-first approach, capable of championing a hospitality-caliber resident experience and fostering an employee culture that drives engagement and service excellence. The Vice President will also be tasked with maintaining full accountability for the management platform's operating performance, leading financial activities, and partnering with the executive team on capital planning and investment priorities. Applicants for the Vice President, Property Management position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' progressive leadership experience in multi-residential, mixed-use, commercial, or large-scale real estate operations. A proven track record in full P&L responsibility, portfolio financial performance, and leading major lease-up and stabilization initiatives is essential. The role demands a leader with strong financial and analytical capabilities, experience in leading organizational change, and a comfort with leveraging technology and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will have experience with property management platforms, exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, and a commitment to operational excellence and long-term thinking in the real estate industry.
