The successful candidate will be responsible for owning and leading the adoption of the company's global marketing strategy, campaign frameworks, and brand standards across all international Advancement Offices. This includes ensuring consistent implementation, integrating various marketing channels, and providing the necessary tools and training for local teams. The role also involves regional team development, fostering a culture of craft excellence, and serving as the primary link between global marketing strategy and local execution. The VP will be expected to have a strong background in marketing leadership, particularly in an international or multi-market context, and a deep expertise in campaign and channel strategy. Applicants for the Vice President, International Marketing position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred. A minimum of 10-12 years of progressive marketing leadership experience, including international or multi-market leadership, is required.
