Manager - Enterprise Applications & Development

This role is responsible for team performance, delivery quality, technical standards, and the successful implementation of business-focused technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and mentor Development, Applications Support, and ERP Administration team members.
• Establish performance expectations, conduct reviews, support career development, and drive accountability for quality and delivery standards.
• Foster collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement across teams.
• Oversee application development, ERP administration, sprint planning, release management, and DevOps practices.
• Manage and prioritize incoming requests, ensuring solutions are properly scoped, efficiently delivered, and aligned with business needs.
• Support NetSuite configuration, customization, administration, and upgrade planning.
• Guide the team's use and governance of Microsoft Fabric, Microsoft Foundry, AI-driven solutions, and integration platforms.
• Ensure adherence to testing, change management, data integrity, and release control practices.
• Act as an escalation point for complex ERP and application issues involving business stakeholders and vendors.
• Manage application licensing and contribute to vendor relationship management.
• Develop and maintain documentation, SOPs, and training standards.
• Report progress, risks, and roadmap updates to the Director, Business Information Systems.
• Collaborate with the Manager, Infrastructure & Cybersecurity and team as needed to support compliance, audit, security, and business systems initiatives.
• Other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of progressive experience in application development, DevOps, ERP administration, or related IT functions.
• Post-secondary education in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven success coaching, mentoring, and developing technical teams, including performance management and career development.
• Strong experience translating business requirements into well-defined technical solutions while managing scope and priorities.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, sprint planning, code review processes, DevOps, and release management.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite Cloud ERP or a comparable cloud-based ERP platform, including administration and/or customization.
• Experience with iPaaS integration tools and enterprise application integrations.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric, Microsoft Foundry, and AI-enabled workflows, solutions, or agents.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications/Assets:

• NetSuite certification (ERP Consultant, Administrator, or similar).
• Microsoft certifications related to Fabric, Foundry, Analytics, or AI.
• Experience building AI agents or automations using Copilot Studio, Power Automate AI Builder, or similar tools.
• Bilingual in English and French.
• Experience in a multi-site or national service organization.
