Head of Corporate Finance About the Company Rapid-growing pharmaceutical company specializing in medical cannabis Industry Pharmaceuticals Type Public Company Founded 2014 Employees 1001-5000 About the Role The Company is seeking a Head of Corporate Finance to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be a key member of the Finance team, responsible for managing the company's cash flow, liquidity, risk management, and management reporting. This role involves close partnership with key stakeholders, owning the annual operating plan, and leading the monthly and board reporting processes. The Head of Corporate Finance will also be a central figure in treasury and risk management, including the design and administration of the corporate insurance program. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a CPA or MBA certification strongly preferred, and at least 10 years of experience in finance, accounting, treasury, or risk roles. Strong analytical, communication, and strategic thinking skills are essential, as is the ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment. Applicants for the Head of Corporate Finance position at the company should be adept at financial planning and analysis, with a proven track record of identifying cost-saving opportunities and driving process automation. Experience in the cannabis industry is a plus. The role requires a candidate with a strong attention to detail, the ability to build productive relationships, and proficiency in project management.
