Avalon Health Clinic is seeking Family Physicians to join our founding team as we prepare to open a new integrated primary care and multidisciplinary clinic in Greater Victoria.
This is an opportunity to build a longitudinal patient panel in a collaborative environment where physicians work alongside Nurse Practitioners, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, counsellors, kinesiologists, and other allied health professionals, all under one roof.
Founded by Dr. Dennis Y. Kim and Alexis de Rosenroll, Avalon Health Clinic is creating a modern, integrated model of healthcare where physicians and allied health professionals work together to provide coordinated, patient-centered care.
The clinic will also include dedicated programs in brain injury and concussion recovery, surgical pre- and post-operative care, and Vancouver Island's first outpatient post-ICU recovery program.
