Job description
Jim Pattison Subaru Northshore is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Product Advisor to become part of our expanding opportunity is well suited to someone who enjoys connecting with people building lasting relationships and helping customers choose the vehicle that best fits their needs and a Product Advisor you will provide a welcoming and informative buying experience guiding customers through every stage of the purchase process. From understanding their preferences and demonstrating vehicle features to assisting with the final delivery you will deliver exceptional service while representing the Subaru brand with professionalism and integrity.A day in the LifeAs a Product Advisor you will be responsible for guiding customers through the entire vehicle purchase journey while delivering a premium customer experience aligned with the Subaru and assist customers in a professional and engaging manner both in store and through phone and online rapport with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicle vehicle presentations and test pricing financing options and assist in structuring deals in collaboration with accurate and consistent follow up using CRM tools to manage leads and customer vehicle deliveries and ensure a seamless handover develop product knowledge and stay up to date on OEMfeatures technology and market to team success by maintaining a positive attitude and strong work in this role comes from consistent effort strong follow up habits and the ability to build trust with Were Looking ForHigh school diploma or equivalent customer-facing experience is speaking can be an to obtain a VSA be available all days of the week including evenings and weekends.
