Earning Potential :
We offer a 100% commission-based model, allowing you to directly influence your income and earn $50k - $250k+ annually.
Who We Seek :
- 3+ years of experience in leadership, recruiting, or a specific industry niche.
- Experience in interviewing and / or business development is a plus.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and highly motivated.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Financial stability to cover the 3-4 month training and ramp-up period (No base salary is offered).
