The Opportunity
A Health Care Aide (HCA) works as a member of the care team collaborating on the delivery of resident care to meet individual needs within the level of knowledge skill sets & competency. The HCA under the supervision of a Staff Nurse applies this knowledge and these skills to provide a wide variety of safe and thorough basic care and services to residents.
