In this role you will provide technical engineering support in Core Projects throughout the planning design cost estimating risk assessment schedule development and pre-sanction stages of the project lifecycle primarily for the Gas and Liquids Pipeline business units.

What You Will Do:
Ensureappropriate stakeholdermanagement; preliminary determination of regulatoryrequirements; completionof front-end engineering and designs cost estimates and project execution strategies are developed.
Develop realistic andreliable project schedules and cost estimates for projects while appropriately defining risks uncertainties and likelihoodfor those schedules and cost estimates.
Developchartersfor Rough Order of Magnitude to Class 3 scopesupported byestimates and schedules to meetthe needs of various critical information specific to each project to be used by executive management to make decisions.
Provide regular formal and informal project management reporting to Senior Management and stakeholders on assigned projects.
Who You are:
Engineering degree. Electrical Engineering degree preferred.
Registered or eligible to register as an Engineer-In-Training in Alberta with APEGA.
2-4 years of related experience in oil and gas engineering operations projectmanagementand/or project development. Experience with industrial electrical systems or construction is experience is an asset.
Effective interpersonal skills to facilitate communication between all team members.
Project Management skills to prepare projects to move from development to sanction/execution.
The ability to work independently and self-prioritize and handle changing priorities and work tasks.
Working Conditions:
Office environment.
Up to 10% travel to Enbridge offices operating facilities construction sites and supplier facilities.
Valid passport to travel and work between Canada and US.
