  • Help solve unique manufacturing challenges involving novel materials, specialized fabrication processes, and one-of-a-kind hardware designs.
  • Support rapid design iterations by transforming new PCB concepts into manufacturable hardware, enabling fast experimentation and accelerated technology development.
  • Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing PCB manufacturing team through hiring, performance management, career development, and workforce planning.
  • Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and accountable team culture while setting priorities, managing workloads, and aligning team objectives with business goals.

Facilities, Safety & Compliance

About You
