The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall leadership, strategy, management, and performance of the Foundation, with a focus on translating strategic priorities into tangible results. This role is pivotal in building on the Foundation's campaign momentum, leading the organization through the successful completion of its current campaign, and shaping the next chapter. The President and CEO will also serve as the principal executive liaison and strategic partner, working closely with the health system's leadership to align philanthropic and funding priorities with the community's evolving healthcare needs. Applicants for the President and CEO position at the company should have extensive professional experience in fundraising and community engagement, with a proven track record in all aspects of philanthropy. Significant leadership and management experience, including a background in executive management, is essential. The role requires a candidate with a solid understanding of governance, strong business acumen, and a commitment to equity and inclusion.
