This role is not confined to marketing or sales alone; it is a strategic position that encompasses product marketing, product evangelism, solution engineering, and analyst relations. The successful candidate will be the driving force behind the company's market positioning, competitive messaging, and product narratives, ensuring a consistent and compelling story in every customer interaction. They will also be responsible for leading a team that delivers demos, POCs, and technical validation, with a focus on both new-logo conversion and expansion within the installed base. Applicants for the VP of Go-to-Market role at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in B2B SaaS, with at least 5 years in a leadership position that involves product marketing, GTM, or revenue-facing teams. The role requires a proven track record in improving win rates, shortening sales cycles, and a deep understanding of the demo-to-close motion. Experience in enterprise software is preferred, and a strong analytical mindset, executive presence, and fluency in AI are essential. The VP will be measured on key metrics such as new-logo win rate improvement, sales cycle length reduction, and expansion revenue influenced, and must be prepared to take on a central role in the company's mission to translate product advantage into revenue.
