Job Summary
As the Maintenance Excellence Manager you will drive the implementation and continuous improvement of IPEXs Maintenance Excellence program across multiple manufacturing sites. Working closely with plant leaders and maintenance teams you will champion maintenance best practices including CMMS Predictive Maintenance (PdM) Reliability Excellence and technical capability development.
Through coaching collaboration and change leadership you will help build sustainable maintenance systems that improve safety increase equipment reliability and support operational excellence across the organization.
