Industry Food & Beverages Type Privately Held About the Role The Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations, Distilling, Global Site Lead to take on a senior leadership role at a large-scale production facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence across various key areas, including safety, quality, cost, delivery, and sustainability. This role involves providing full operational leadership, establishing and delivering annual operating plans, and developing a high-performing leadership culture. The VP will also be tasked with optimizing resources to meet production and customer commitments, leading Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement strategies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety standards. Applicants for this role should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 8-10 years' progressive operations leadership experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 5 years in beverage, food processing, or highly regulated production operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading large, unionized teams and driving measurable improvements in safety, quality, and cost performance. Experience in leading change initiatives and implementing Lean or continuous improvement programs is essential.
