The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing an integrated distribution strategy that fosters profitable growth, market expansion, and enhanced customer engagement. This executive role demands a seasoned leader with over 15 years' experience in the insurance and financial services sectors, particularly in large-scale distribution. The VP will modernize and optimize distribution channels, bridging the gap between traditional operations and digital innovation to ensure a world-class member experience. Key responsibilities include strategic leadership, agency operations, broker distribution, digital development, marketing, and brand leadership. The role also requires a focus on leadership and organizational development, performance management, and analytics. The ideal candidate for the Vice President, Sales and Distribution role at the company is a strategic executive with a proven track record in driving growth and transformation across various distribution channels. They should be adept at problem-solving, risk management, and leading digital transformation initiatives.
