Join Our Luxury Spa Team

Vida Spa at the Fairmont Chateau Whistler is looking for a skilled and passionate Spa Massage Therapist to provide exceptional massage treatments in a luxury resort environment. We're seeking professionals who are committed to outstanding guest experiences and thrive in a collaborative, wellness-focused workplace.

Availability for evening and weekend shifts (Friday through Sunday) is required. What You'll Do:
  • Provide professional massage treatments while maintaining exceptional service standards.
  • Customize treatments to meet individual guest needs.
  • Create a relaxing, welcoming, and professional experience for every guest.
  • Follow all Vida Spa treatment, hygiene, and safety protocols.
  • Prepare and maintain treatment rooms between appointments.
  • Assist with linen replenishment and spa organization.
  • Work closely with the spa team to deliver a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications:
  • Strong massage therapy skills and professionalism.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude and commitment to exceptional customer service.
  • Passion for health, wellness, and hospitality.
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends.
  • Successful completion of a practical massage assessment during the interview process.

Compensation & Benefits:
  • $45.00–$50.00 per hour.
  • Employee discounts on spa services and retail products.
  • Choice of Employee or eligible Contractor status.
  • Extended medical benefits for employees working 32+ hours per week (Vida pays 50% of premiums).
