The successful candidate will be responsible for driving value realization, expansion, renewal quality, and executive customer engagement. This role involves leading a team of enterprise account managers, establishing and implementing customer engagement strategies, and building trusted executive relationships with key customers. The VP will also be expected to partner closely with various internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and to scale the account management organization to support the company's growth.
