Head of Engineering About the Company A forward-thinking technology organization focused on engineering, security, and AI-driven innovation. Industry Computer Software Type Privately Held About the Role The Company is seeking an experienced Head of Engineering to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a talented engineering team, defining technical strategy, and building scalable, secure cloud solutions that cater to enterprise customers in various environments. This role demands a collaborative leader with a strong background in cloud-native platforms, modern infrastructure, and software delivery, including AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and Infrastructure-as-Code. The Head of Engineering will also be expected to have a deep understanding of cloud security, DevSecOps, enterprise compliance frameworks, and secure software development. In addition to the core responsibilities, the ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving AI adoption within engineering organizations and possess a collaborative leadership style that fosters innovation and continuous learning. Strong customer-facing and solution architecture experience is essential, as the role involves partnering with executive stakeholders and leading complex cloud transformation initiatives.
