The CFO will be a strategic partner, providing leadership across finance, facilities, and supply chain to ensure the organization has the necessary resources and infrastructure to deliver exceptional services. This role involves overseeing a multi-million-dollar capital building program, maintaining 21 branch locations, and leading a team of professionals in financial stewardship, budgeting, and risk management. The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with the Board, the City, and community partners, and will be expected to champion the organization's mission and strategic priorities. Candidates for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree with an accounting specialization and a professional accounting designation, along with a minimum of 10 years' of financial management experience.
