The successful candidate will be responsible for enterprise-wide leadership in strategic communications, brand and marketing, and government relations, with a focus on positioning the institution for sustained national and global impact. This role involves working closely with the President, Provost, Vice-Presidents, Deans, and senior leaders to ensure a cohesive institutional narrative and a unified approach to reputation, engagement, and strategic positioning. The Vice-President will also be a key strategic advisor, navigating complex reputational and policy environments, advancing advocacy priorities, and building meaningful partnerships with the external community. Applicants for the Vice-President, Communications position at the company should be accomplished leaders with significant experience in enterprise-wide communications, brand and marketing, and government relations within complex organizations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading large-scale organizational change, influencing public policy, and driving transformation.
