Vice President, Digital & Information Technology About the Company Philanthropic investor in biotechnology research Industry Fund-Raising Type Privately Held Founded 1985 Employees 51-200 Categories - Biotechnology - Health Care About the Role The Company is seeking a VP, Digital & Information Technology to lead the strategic development and execution of its enterprise digital strategy and technology roadmap. The successful candidate will be responsible for aligning digital initiatives with fundraising goals, operational needs, and the organization's mission. This role involves leading the integration of various technology platforms, including Salesforce and Sage Intacct, to unlock their full potential and drive digital innovation. The VP will also oversee the company's cybersecurity strategy, risk management, and compliance with relevant legislation. A key focus will be on advancing data governance, quality, and analytics capabilities to enhance decision-making and donor insight. Candidates for the VP position should have a minimum of 10 years' of senior leadership experience in digital technology, IT, data management, and/or analytics, with a strong preference for those with a background in fundraising and donor management. The role requires a leader with a proven track record in change management, the ability to operate with a business partner mindset, and hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM. The ideal candidate will have a collaborative, relationship-centered leadership style, and be genuinely aligned with the mission of the organization. Strong executive presence, communication skills, and the ability to promote a digital and data-driven culture are essential. The VP will be expected to monitor and measure the impact of digital transformation initiatives and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
