Job Description
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Hospitality Supervisor will be responsible for the day-to-day hands-on operation of all three Aramark departments at the facility. Will work towards continuously improving the environment and quality of services.
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with Client and Aramark policies, quality standards, and Health & Safety requirements.
- Support person-centered care and deliver excellent resident and client service.
- Supervise, coach, and support staff on a daily basis.
- Conduct audits, rounds, and operational checks to maintain service quality.
- Assist with resolving resident, family, and employee concerns.
- Oversee food and supply ordering, meal service, and daily operations.
- Support staffing needs, scheduling, and shift coverage.
- Ensure workplace safety, cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and regulatory compliance.
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management.
- Maintain records, audit logs, menu postings, and confidentiality standards.
- Participate in meetings, projects, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Act in the Support Services Manager's absence and perform other assigned duties.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Must have the ability to communicate effectively with residents and co-workers.
- Must have the physical capabilities required for constant walking and performing project work
- In addition, incumbent must be flexible and adapt easily to changes in schedule, work assignments and environment.
- Must be willing and capable of working in fast paced environment.
- Provide a clean Criminal Record Check
- Minimum 2 years relevant supervisory experience in Foodservices/Hospitality within a medium or large healthcare.
This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective equipment (PPE).

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00.
