Job description
Drive innovation as the Team Lead for Application Foundations at Croesus, blending technical expertise with leadership in a hybrid work model. You'll guide a skilled team while shaping essential software platforms. In this pivotal role at Croesus, you will oversee the architecture and reliability of our core software solutions. With over ten years in software development and at least five in leadership, your responsibilities will include team performance management, process improvement, and acting as a liaison with internal client teams. This position offers a unique blend of technical involvement and people management. Key Responsibilities: • Design and deploy application foundation modules and services • Ensure robustness, performance, and scalability of core systems • Implement best practices for development and testing • Guide team members daily in a supportive environment • Act as the technical liaison for internal development teams Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field • Minimum 10 years in software development • Strong understanding of secure authentication workflows • Proficient in C# / .NET and modern web frameworks • Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written Leverage your leadership skills and technical acumen to enhance Croesus's application foundations and team dynamics. #J-18808-Ljbffr
