Job description
Lead strategic initiatives as the Executive Director at Thomas' Circle of Care Inc., a non-profit in Saskatchewan, focusing on children and families. Oversee operations across three cities, fostering community and cultural support. Thomas' Circle of Care Inc. is seeking a values-driven Executive Director to spearhead its mission. This role involves operational leadership and collaboration with diverse stakeholders, including Indigenous communities. The ideal candidate will possess progressive senior management experience and demonstrate strong relationship-building skills, particularly in child and family services. Key Responsibilities: • Provide overall leadership and strategic direction • Oversee financial management and human resources • Foster stakeholder relations with community partners • Ensure effective program implementation across 18 homes • Advocate for TCOC and its mission Requirements: • Proven senior management background • Experience with a Board of Directors • Knowledge in child and family services sectors • Preferred degree in Social Work, Education, or related fields • Commitment to reconciliation and community service This is your chance to make a meaningful impact on children's lives through effective leadership at TCOC. #J-18808-Ljbffr
