Customer Service Rep - French

Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (French) for an evaluation-to-hire opportunity in Burlington, ON within the automotive sales and repair services industry. This role is ideal for a bilingual customer service professional who enjoys problem-solving, working with customers by phone and email, and supporting product and parts inquiries in a structured call center environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to incoming customer calls and emails regarding product orders, parts, warranties, and service-related inquiries.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues related to small power equipment and help customers identify appropriate solutions.
- Verify warranty coverage, order replacement parts, and support payment and shipment processing.
- Communicate clearly and professionally in both English and French, including composing customer emails in French.
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to resolve issues accurately and efficiently.
- Complete additional customer service, order desk, and administrative duties as assigned.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay rate: $24.00 per hour.
- Training schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., for 3 months in office.
- Regular day shift: 11:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
- Must be flexible to work shifts between Sunday and Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- Weekend rotations for Saturday and Sunday are remote.
- Criminal background check required.
- No cell phones allowed in the work environment.
